Technical Tips
  • Sample solvents/buffers and preparation procedures should be compatible with LC/MS.
  • Avoid potential contaminants such as karetins, detergents, and salts.
  • Samples have to be free of invisible particles that may clog the LC column and tubing.
  • Avoid sample overloading (<10 ug).

  • Total cellular protein extracts after aceton precipitation.
  • Samples derived from SDS gels.
